Thank you for your interest in Leadership Donelson-Hermitage. Below you will find information about the application process for the various leadership programs.

Business Leadership

We are now accepting applications for the Class of 2011. Applicants must be residents and/or employed full time in Donelson, Hermitage, or adjacent areas. Our goal is to have a diverse class representative of Donelson and Hermitage demographics. Leadership Donelson-Hermitage is a nonpartisan educational organization designed to produce well informed and motivated community leaders who are willing and capable of working together for a better Donelson-Hermitage. Below is an outline of the Business Leadership application process.

Business Leadership Applications will be accepted beginning in February 2010.
Interviews with the Leadership Donelson-Hermitage Selection Committee will be scheduled upon receipt of your application.
Limited partial scholarships are available. The scholarship application must accompany the Leadership application.
Selection Committee interviews and Scholarship interviews will take place in April 2010.
The Leadership Donelson-Hermitage Selection Committee will interview applicants and recommend individuals for the next class.
Each applicant will be notified by letter of his/her status in May 2010.
Upon notification of acceptance, the class fee of $600 will be due and payable to Leadership Donelson-Hermitage upon receipt of invoice.

Youth Excelling in Learning Leadership

To apply for participation in the Y.E.L.L. program you can obtain an application from your school counselor or download the application. Students should be in their Junior year of school and attend McGavock High School, Donelson Christian Academy, or participate in a home school program in the Donelson-Hermitage area.

Submit Y.E.L.L. applications to your counselor or home school coordinator by September 15 of your Junior year.
The interview process and acceptance into the program is handled by the school/home school coordinator.
The school/home school coordinator will notify each student of their acceptance status.

M3 Leadership

To apply for participation in M3 Leadership you can obtain an application from the Donelson Senior Center or download the application. Applicants must be retired or semi-retired and live or have a connection to Donelson, Hermitage or the adjacent areas.

Submit M3 Leadership applications by June 15.
Limited partial scholarships are available. The scholarship application must accompany the M3 Leadership application.
Interviews will be held during the summer and notifications will be in August.
Upon notification of acceptance, the class fee of $75 will be due and payable to Leadership Donelson-Hermitage upon receipt of invoice.
