Developing leaders for a lifetime is what Leadership Donelson-Hermitage is all about. We are a community based organization that provides participants with insights into how our community functions. Opportunities are provided to meet and network with other community leaders. Visits to Donelson, Hermitage, and Nashville points of interest offer participants an inside view of the community’s cultural and organizational structures. Class days include presentations by community leaders, and training in leadership skills, teamwork, and group development. Leadership is a vital component in the success and economic future of the Donelson-Hermitage area.
